Hello! My name is Faith Porter and I am the youth ministry leader for our three parishes. We are in the process of expanding our youth offerings, so please keep an eye out for new opportunities and retreats. All youth are are welcome to attend any events, Catholic or otherwise, so please invite your friends!
You may contact me by calling either the office at St. Mary's Visitation or St. Stanislaus, or by emailing me at admin@naccparishes.org. I look forward to meeting you and guiding our youth to the heart of Christ.
Y-Disciple
There are several Y-Disciple groups that meet on a bi-weekly basis. These groups consist of several high school students (separate boys and girls groups) that gather together at a parent's home, and meet with two adult mentors. These are not like your average meetings, but they are built around each unique group of friends, where they are at in their faith journey, and what their interests are. The Y-Disciple program provides many different video series, games, and activities that groups can utilize when they would like, all while encouraging them to change it with up with group trips or new activities.
If you would like to learn more, join a group, or be an adult mentor please contact Faith Porter at admin@naccparishes.org.

What's New - 2024-25
We are again very eager to begin this year's Faith Formation, our next step toward the goal of involving EVERYONE in the collaborative in learning more about the Faith we profess, and participating in our CAFE Sundays together! (CAFE stands for Coffee And Faith Enrichment )
Some important changes from the last few years:
We will be meeting at the individual parishes, rather than all together in one place
we will be meeting almost every Sunday, rather than once a month
Lessons will be more often, but shorter - only 20 minutes!
Everyone will be studying the same themes, and students will be memorizing the same answers
Coffee and donuts/cookies will be available, with students going to their grade-level classroom (as always) and adults and high school students remaining and learning together, with our priests teaching. This will include Confirmation students, parents in family discipleship groups, parents who aren't in groups, single people, retired people, RCIA, high schoolers, those leading Bible studies and those who've never been to any kind of Bible study. EVERYONE!
